频谱谐波时效在气田橇装设备中的应用研究

摘    要:橇装设备能够缩短气田建设周期,降低建设成本.介绍了频谱谐波时效技术,分析了其相比热时效的优势,试验了其在橇装设备中的应用,经残余应力检测表明频谱谐波时效对消除撬装设备焊缝应力是有效的.频谱谐波时效处理橇装设备可以避开二次组装,减少工作量,缩短项目工期,节约能耗和安装成本,值得大力推广.

Abstract:Skid mounted equipmen can reduce the gas field construction period, and construction costs. We introd- uced the frequency aging technology, analyzed its advantages compared to thermal aging and tested its application in skid mounted equipment. The residual stress testing shows that the harmonic spectrum aging to eliminate skid mounted equipment welding stress is effective. Frequency aging treatment skid mounted device can avoid the two assembly, reduce the workload, shorten the project duration, save energy and installation costs, therefore it is worth to popularize.
