蒸发式乏汽凝汽器换热性能的实验研究

摘    要:建立了蒸发式乏汽凝汽器性能测试平台,研究了喷淋水量及管间风速对蒸发式乏汽凝汽器换热性能的影响,结果表明喷淋水量存在最佳范围为0.4~0.5 L·m-2·s-1,且在实验研究范围内,凝汽器换热性能随管间风速的增大而增强.并在选定的喷淋水量和管间风速条件下研究了管内蒸汽通量对蒸发式乏汽凝汽器换热性能的影响.

Abstract:Effects of spray water rate and inter-tube air velocity on the heat transfer performances of evaporative exhaust steam condenser are investigated by means of established experiment platform. The results show that the optimal spray water rate range is 0.4-0.5 L·m-2·s-1, and during the test range, the heat transfer performance of evaporative exhaust steam condenser increases with inter-tube air velocity adding. Under the optimal spray water rate and inter-tube air velocity, the effect of steam flux on condenser performance is investigated as well.
