摘    要:通过水热合成合成了一个新颖配合物Co2(L)(p-bix)]nH4L=5,5′-亚甲基二间苯二甲酸,p-bix=1,4-双(咪唑基-1-甲基)-苯].X-射线衍射分析表明,化合物结晶于单斜晶系,空间群C2/c,其晶胞参数为a=18.709(4)?,b=12.941(3)?,c=12.464(3)?,β=109.620(4)°,V=2 842.5(11)?3,Z=4,F(000)=1 424.3,R(int)=0.082 5.配合物中,H4L以完全脱质子的形式参与了金属离子Co2+的配位.化合物是一个2D的层状结构,其中,双核钴通过L4-相连成二维平面Co2(L)]∞,然后,p-bix配体在平面的上下两侧连接金属Co2+离子.层与层之间通过L配体苯环上的π-π弱相互作用,形成3D超分子结构.

Abstract:Complex Co2(L) (p-bix) ], (1, H4L=methylenediisophthalic acid,p-bix=l, 4-bis (imidazol-l-ylmethyl) -benzene) has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies and FI'-IR. Complex 1 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=18.709 (4), b=12.941 (3) A, c=12.464 (3) A, /3= 109.620 (4) , V=2 842.5 (11) A3, Z=4, F(000) = 1 424.3, R (int) =0.082 5. Structural determination reveals that the asymmetric unit of complex 1 is composed of one Co2+ ion, half a L4- molecule and half a p-bix molecule. L4- was deprotonated completely, taking part in the coordination with Co2+ ions. The complex is 2D layer structure. Binuclear cobalt units are joined together by L4- to be 2D layer I-Co2 (L) ], then p-bix connected two cobalt ions upside down the 2D layer to be -Cos (L) (p-bix)]n. Among 2D layers -Co2 (L) (p-bix)]n, relying on weak interactions, 3D supramolecular framework is formed.
