摘    要:早期诊断对于II型糖尿病的预防和治疗尤为重要,游离脂肪酸是II型糖尿病的早期诊断的重要因素.铜绿假单胞菌的长链脂酰辅酶A合成酶(FadD1)是一种可以检测游离脂肪酸的酶.表达并纯化了FadD1,利用分光光度法对其活性进行了鉴定,鉴定结果显示FadD1对油酸钾有较好的生物学活性.为今后游离脂肪酸分析酶热传感器的研制奠定了基础.

Abstract:Early identification of type II diabetes is important in prevention of this diseases. Free fatty acid has become an important factor in the early diagnosis of type II diabetes. In the current study, an acyl-coenzyme synthetase named FadD1 from Pseudomonas aeruginosa which can detect fi'ee fatty acids has been expressed. The activity of FadD1 has been identified by spectrophotometry, and the result shows that it has a good effect to potassium oleate. It would be significant to develop a FFA enzyme thermal sensor.
