大型落地式圆形粮食钢板筒仓设计方法研究

摘    要:大型落地式圆形粮食钢板筒仓应用广泛但缺乏正确设计方法的指导.针对大型落地式圆形粮食钢板筒仓,分别按照《粮食钢板筒仓设计规范》(GB 50322-2011)中的简化计算方法和有限元整体分析法对钢板仓主要受力构件——仓壁和加劲肋的强度及稳定进行计算.对比两者的分析结果后指出:简化计算方法所得仓壁应力值和加劲肋应力值均高于有限元方法的计算结果.

Abstract:Large-scale floor-fixed circular steel silos are widely used but lack of the guidance on the proper design method. According to the simplified calculating method and the FEA method in the "grain steel silo design code" (GB 50322-2011), we study the strength and stability of the shells and ribbed stiffeners, which are the main force support elements of the large-scale floor-fixed circular steel silos. By contrasting the results of the simplified calculating method with those of the FEA method, the conclusion that the stress of the shells and ribbed stiffeners based on the simplified calculating method are greater than that based on the FEA method is presented.
