超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱法测定地表水中丙烯酰胺

摘    要:采用旋转蒸发浓缩-超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱法测定水中丙烯酰胺,选择V(甲醇)∶V(水)=5∶95为流动相,该方法有机溶剂使用量少,操作简便.20倍浓缩后,水样中丙烯酰胺的检出限为0.000 05 mg/L,实际水样的加标回收率为87%~111%,方法的相对标准偏差小于7%.该方法能满足《地表水环境质量标准》中相关标准限值要求.

Abstract:Method of rotary evaporator concentrate-ultra performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was used to test acrylamide in water,with the methanol/water=5∶95 as the mobile phase. This method needs less organic solvent use,and is easy to operate. After 20-fold concentrated,water samples acrylamide detection limit is 0.000 05 mg/L,the actual water samples spiked recoveries are from 87% to 111%. The relative standard deviation is less than 7%. This method can meet the relevant standard limits in surface water quality standards.
