太阳能热水器水位和温度自动控制装置设计

摘    要:针对恶劣天气下,太阳能热水器水温无法满足用户需要的缺陷,设计了一种太阳能热水器自动控制装置.该装置能够自动监测热水器水箱的水位和水温,实现自动上水和加热功能.实验结果表明,该装置性能可靠,能够在水满后自动停止上水,达到设定温度后自动停止加热.该装置结构简单,功耗低,因而可用于新一代太阳能热水器.

Abstract:Considering that the water temperature of the solar water heater cannot meet the needs of the users in the bad weather, a automatic controlling device of solar water heater is designed. The device can pump and heat water automatically by monitoring the water level and water temperature in the heater tank. The experimental results show that the device has reliable performance. It can automatically stop pumping after the water filled with tank, morever, and can stop heating automatically after water reached the setted temperature. The device has simple structure, low power consumption, and thus can be used for a new generation of solar water heater.
