基于OPNET的多播路由性能测试

摘    要:为研究多播路由性能,采用OPNET网络仿真平台进行实验. 在链路吞吐量上对单播路由和PIM-SM多播路由进行比较,结果表明多播路由在带宽利用率上具有较明显优势. 并在文件传输、数据库访问、VoIP和视频会议等多媒体应用上,对单播路由和PIM-SM多播路由进行网络性能对比,结果表明多播路由在延迟、丢包率和响应时间等方面都有不同程度的提高.

Abstract:To study the performance of multicast routing, experiments are made by OPNET simulation platform. By comparing unicast routing with PIM-SM multicast routing on link throughput, the results show the obvious advantage of multicast routing on bandwidth utilization. By comparing unicast routing with PIM-SM multicast routing on network performance in four multimedia applications, including file transfer, database, VoIP and video conference, the results show that multicast routing can make different levels of improvement on delay, packet loss ratio and response time.
