车辆发动机数字化再制造技术研究

摘    要:为解决大多数再制造生产效率低,特别是信息化程度不高的问题,提出了车辆发动机数字化再制造技术研究,并以数字化软件eM-power为信息化平台,构建了车辆发动机数字化再制造的体系结构、工艺规划系统及工艺流程,并对发动机零部件——曲轴数字化再制造过程进行了分析. 研究结果表明,利用数字化技术,减少发动机再制造工艺规划时间,降低了再制造成本.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of low productivity and information,the study of digital remanufacturing engineering for vehicle engines is considered. The architecture, the process planning system and the technological process are established based on the information platform of digital software,eM-power. And the digital remanufacturing process of crankshaft was analyzed. The result indicated that based on digital technology, the time of plan process and the price for engines remanufacture was reduced.
