地黄毛状根的培养研究

发根农杆菌是一种革兰氏阴性菌,能侵染大多数的双子叶植物,诱发被感染植物的受伤部位长出毛状根.本实验用发根农杆菌感染地黄外植体诱导其产生毛状根,并加以培养,为今后选择合适的培养方式,大规模培养毛状根来生产地黄的次生物质奠定基础.

Agrobacterium rhizogenes is a kind of leather bluenegative fungus, It can infect the majority the double seed leaf plant,and induces the infected spot of injured parts to grow long hairy roots,In this experiment we used Agrobacterium rhizogenes to infect the body of outside plants and induced it to produce hairy roots and cultivate it.These will lay the foundation for choosing the appropriate raise way for next and producting massive secondary matter of Rehnannia glutinosch L ibos by cultivating the hairy roots,of rehnannia glutinosch L ibos.
