中学基础教育与高师师资培养--湖南常德地区基础教育状况调研报告

近年来，常德地区中学教师的学历得到高度重视，教学引进激励机制，营造良好的德育氛围，突出素质教育，面向社会需求的办学新模式正在形成。根据调查，适应未来中学基础教育发展需要的新师资模式是“三高二会一扎根”，即高学历、高知识创新能力、高技能，会教学、会管理，扎根农村的新师资。为提高新师资培养质量，高师应调整课程改革思路，培育学生创新素质，实现一专多能；改革教学方法；提高学生的师范素质；加强师德教育；依据中学基础教育教学、管理的需要确定培养目标，稳步发展高师教育。

Basic Education in Middle Schools and Teacher Training in Normal Colleges: an Investigation Report on the Development of Basic Education in Changde Prefecture of Hunan Province
