微等离子体氧化法在TiO2膜的光催化活性研究

摘    要:在不同的电流密度下 (5 ,1 0 ,1 5A/dm2 ) ,微等离子体氧化法在钛基体上产生了多孔的二氧化钛陶瓷膜 .所得膜层被用于降解若丹明B ,有一定的光催化活性 ,而且 1 0A/dm2 时所得膜层有较高的光催化活性 ,2h去除率达 90 % .经XRD和SEM分析膜层的表面形貌和结构 ,发现膜层的微孔尺寸和锐钛矿型二氧化钛的含量随着电流密度增加而增加 .1 0A/dm2 时所得膜高的催化活性归功于较大的比表面积及较高的锐钛矿型二氧化钛的结晶量

Abstract:Microporous titanium dioxide thin films have been fabricated on titanium plates by the micro-plasma oxidation method with different current density (5,10 and 15A/dm 2) X-ray diffraction, scanning electronic microscopy and UV-Vis spectrophotometry were used to characterize the films The results indicated that the number and size of micropores and the crystallinity of the anatase and rutile TiO 2 phases have increased with the current density Degradation of rhodamine B dye was used to test the photo-catalytic activity of the films Obtained the relatively better degradation efficiency compared with Rhodamine B mineralization, and the sample produced with a current density of 10 A/dm 2 This behavior is ascribed to the larger specific surface area and the higher crystallinity of anatase TiO 2
