山东省体育教育专业本科排球专选课师资现状调查与分析

通过对山东省10所高校体育教育专业本科排球专选课师资队伍现状的调查分析,结果表明,师资队伍存在"断层"、"男女教师比例失调"、"学历层次不高"、"高级职称老龄化"等现象,针对这些现状提出相应的发展对策与建议。

Present Situation on the Teaching Staff of Specialized Volleyball Course in Shandong Province

This present article was devoted to the investigation and analysis of the teaching staff of Specialized Volleyball Course for P.E Majors of ten colleges in Shandong Province. The results showed that there are many problems appeared, such as the structure of age was faulting, the imbalance between male teachers and female, the top professional titles were aging, the academic degrees of some P.E teachers were low and so on. Finally, the author put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for improvement.
