| 摘 要： | CA数字证书是电子政务和电子商务的基础工具，组织机构代码是国家管理现代化的重要工具，二的协同应用可以互相促进，并最大限度发挥二的作用，应用的主要方法是在组织机构代码证书IC卡中植入CA数字证书。为此，还必须解决一系列法律、制度与政策等问题。

| Abstract: | CA digital certificate is the basic tool of electronic government and electronic commerce, and the organizational code is the important tool of national modernization management. The application of both of them can help each other develop, and make them play their full role, the main method of application is to input CA digital certificate into the IC card of organizational code. Thus, some other things such as the problems of the law, system and policy must be solved. |
