| Abstract: | This paper starts from the discussion of merging the existing traditional media with the network media and focuses on analyzing the nature of this merging.Then it gets the merits and limits by comparing traditional media with network media in merging process with examples.Finally,we give some constructive comments to be the reference for making the related national policies and the strategic planning of traditional media corporation. |
