聚合物气辅共挤成型理论研究进展

摘    要:气体辅助共挤成型技术(简称气辅共挤成型)是一种新型的聚合物挤出成型技术,其实质是将气辅挤出技术应用于共挤成型技术,发挥气辅挤出和共挤成型的优点。文章综述了气体辅助挤出成型技术机理和研究现状、聚合物共挤出成型机理和研究现状以及气辅共挤成型机理和研究现状。

Abstract:Gas-assisted co-extrusion molding (shortened as GACEM) is a new muhiphase-polymer molding technique. The basic mechanism of GACEM is that the gas-assisted extrusion is applied to the polymer co-extrusion, which will exert the advantages of both gas-assisted extrusion and co-extrusion. It introduces the mechanism and the actual states of gas-assisted extrusion, polymers co-extrusion and gas-assisted co-extrusion.
