PHENOLOGICAL SEASONS AND NATURE ALMANAC IN CHANGCHUN

According to the unified criterion of dividing thenological seasons throughout our coun- try,ctimate in Changchun can be divided into four phenotogical seasons.They are spring,sum- mer,autumn and winter.Each season is distinguished into three seasonal stages,amounting to twelve stages annuatty. The spring is divided into early spring,second month of spring,and late spring.The begin- ning of the spring is Apte 3,summing up 63 days.The phenological symbol of spring is that the bud of Satix matsudana comes into bloom,The summer is distinguished into early,second month of summer,and late one.The summer begins with June 5,adding up to 86 days,and its phenologi- cal symobl is the emergence of the inflorescence in Sarbaria sorbifolia,we can differentiate the autumn into early,middle and late stages.August 30 is the beginning of the phenologcal season, totaled 40 dys,and is phenotogical mark is that the fruit of Iris ensata becomes mature;the win- ter,beginning with October 9,is seperated into early,second month of winter,and late one,sum- ming up 176 days.Entirety falling of the leaves of Betula phatyphylla indicates the start of the phenological season.
