| 摘 要： | 以某进口机器中的关键零件—螺杆为例，在ＵＧ软件平台上，综合动用曲面造型、实体造型和特征造型等方法，建立了螺杆零件的数学模型，并在ＵＧＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ集成环境下针对螺杆零件的各个型面研究了复杂曲面零件的多轴加工工艺问题，实现了螺杆各型面数控加工刀具轨迹生成、走刀过程仿真，以及生成数控加工程序的方法。

| Abstract: | Taking the key parts of imported single screw for example, the paper used the methods of surface modeling, solid modeling and feature modeling to build the mathematical model of the single screw, studied the technique problems of many axis processing, tool path designing and numerical programming for the complex surface in UG CAD/CAM, found the track formation for digital processing cutting tools in all surfaces of a screw and established the cutting emulation and digital processing procedures. |
