粤北山区溪黄草体外抗菌实验研究

对粤北山区两种溪黄草的抗菌活性进行检测。采用平板打孔法进行定性药敏试验．结果表明：一定浓度的溪黄草乙醇提取液对临床常见的细菌有良好的抑制作用，尤其是对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果最为明显．对白色念珠菌（真菌）也有一定的抗菌作用，两种溪黄草有部分类同的抗菌功效．以溪黄草作为原料提取高效、安全、经济实用的天然抗菌活性物质具有广阔的前景．

The experimental research on the antibacterial action of Rabdosin serra(maxim) Hara in vitro of northern mountain area of Guangdong

To determine the antibacterial activity of two kinds of.Rabdosin serra （Maxim） Hara in northern mountain area of gd by using plate punching qualitative analysis to do the drug, sensitive test. The results show that：the extract with a certain concentration could inhibit the common clinical bacterial effectively , especially for staphylococcus aureus, the most obvious antibacterial effect of fungi . And for Candida albicans （fungi）,it also has certain antibacterial action, two kinds of Rabdosin serra （Maxim） Hara have some similar antibacterial effect. Therefore, it is perspective to extract the crude antibacterial activated substance which is efficient, safe, economic and practical from the Rabdosin serra（Maxim） Hara material and explore the new antibacterial drug.
