一种生物降解型膨化缓释尿素化肥的制备和应用

摘    要:采用不造成二次污染的变质玉米、油脚等工农业废弃物,通过膨化技术制备新型缓释肥料.实验结果表明:纯尿素在土壤中经过20 h溶解85%,而含尿素81.5%(40.9%)的生物降解型膨化缓释肥料经过相同时间释放1.3%(0.8%),释放速率仅为纯尿素的1/65.38(1/106.25).

Abstract:A new controlled-release fertilizer was prepared by puffing industrial and agricultural offal such as deteriorated corn,bottom oil,which can not cause secondary pollution.The experimental results showed that 85% of pure urea was dissolved in soil after 20 hours,whereas 1.3% and 0.8% of urea were released from the biodegradable controlled-release fertilizers containing urea 81.5% and 40.9% respectively after the same time.The releasing rate with respect to pure urea was 1/65.38 and 1/106.25.
