摘    要:依据周广厚的螺杆泵开采重油理论 ,采用化学预处理地层、井筒化学降黏、地面换热降黏、油管锚定、螺杆泵优化、螺杆泵转速确定、变频控制、原油处理、地面集输、计量站自动控制等工艺措施 ,成功地开发了泽 70稠油油藏 .30口稠油井已累计产油 1 2 .745× 1 0 4t,单井连续生产时间最长的达 2 5 1 5 d,取得了较好的开发效果

Abstract:Based on CHEN Guang hou's theory of heavy oil production by a screw pump, and the studies of the reservoir characteristics and the crude oil physical property of Ze70 faulted block are taken, and the heavy oil reservoir of the faulted block is successfully developed by taking a series of technological measures, such as chemical pretreatment of formation, chemical viscosity reducing in borehole and heat exchanging viscosity reducing in surface etc. The accumulated oil production of 30 wells reaches 12.745×10 4t, and the longest time of single well continuous production can reach to 25d. It is shown that the development of the heavy oil reservoir can achieve a good result by taking the matching technologies.
