| 摘 要： | 研究了彩绒革盖菌、多孔菌和毛栓菌多酚氧化酶的产酶曲线，及酶作用的最适pH值、最适酶解温度对酶活的影响．结果表明，来自不同白腐菌的多酚氧化酶其产酶曲线不同，酶的特性也有差别．

| Abstract: | The production and optimal reaction conditions (pH and temperature) of polyphenol oxidase from Coriolus versicolor,Trametes trogii and Polyporus are studied. The results show that different white rot fungi have different characters and production curve of polyphenol oxidase. |
