浅议汾河入黄段河势变迁及影响

根据黄河、汾河的河势变化特点，对黄河东移产生的原因及对汾河下游的影响进行了分析，指出黄河东移夺汾会使汾河下游行洪受阻，危及下游堤防、控导、险工工程安全。建议对黄河东移夺汾还要进一步充分论证、分析与研究，加快黄河、汾河的治理步伐。

Discussion on River Pattern Variation of the Fenhe River''''s Section of Entering the Yellow River

Accounting to the features of the variations of the river pattern of the Yellow River and the Fenhe River, this paper makes analysis on the causes of eastern moving of the Yellow River and its influence on the lower reaches of the Fenhe River, points out that the eastern moving of the Yellow River will make the flooding of the lower reaches of the Fenhe River be blocked, which will be injurious to the lower reaches' embankment, controlling and training, engineering safety of the dangerous section, and suggests that the eastern moving of the Yellow River should be further reasoned, analyzed and researched for the purpose of speeding up the tempo of bringing the Yellow River and the Fenhe River under control.
