防水玻璃表面涂层新工艺的初步探索

对正硅酸乙酯(TOFS)作溶胶涂层制备防水透光玻璃材料的新工艺进行初步的试验。该涂层工艺的特点在于改变涂液的配方和浸涂制膜条件,使玻璃表面的防水性和透光度增强,并借助SEM、UV等方法测量涂层的结构、厚度与其透光度及水的接触角等性质,对照试验表明:所得涂层玻璃具有明显的防水性和透光度,进一步完善后具有一定的实用价值。

A New Technique of Glass Water-proof Coating

This paper studies a new technique of preparing a water-proof glass material by dip-coating TOES. By the concentration of coating solution and the dip-coating condition, this technique increases the water-proof ability and transparency of glass surface by means of SEM, UV et al. The investigation determines the structure of the film and its thickness,transparency and the contact angles of water on the glass,and finds that the filmed glass has obvious water-proof ability and transparency, and the technique is of practical value.
