| 摘 要： | 导师与研究生的科研关系是一种具有法律效力的委托-代理关系。在导师与研究生的科研关系中,存在着难以避免的代理问题、寻租问题、道德风险问题和逆向选择问题。导师与研究生的科研关系需要一种"必要的张力"。这种张力不仅应该约束研究生的行为,更应该约束导师的行为。

| Abstract: | The scientific research relationship between tutors and graduate students is a valid principal-agent relationship. There are inevitable agent issues, rent-seeking issues, moral hazard issues, and adverse selection issues. The scientific research relationship between tutors and graduate students needs the essential tension. This tension is not only restrict the behaviors of graduate students, but also restrict the behaviors of tutors. |
