熔喷聚丙烯非织造布的接枝改性工艺及性能研究

摘    要:研究用过氧化苯甲酸引发丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸接枝熔喷聚丙烯非织造布的主要影响因素。探讨了接枝反应时间,单体浓度、种类,引发剂浓度及熔胀剂对接枝的影响规律。并对接枝产品结构和相关性能进行了分析,结果表明通过接枝可提高非织造布的润湿性以达到医用过滤材料要求。

Abstract:Main factors affecting the graft modification of acrylic acid and methacrylic acid onto melt - blown polypropylene nonwovens initiated by benzoyl peroxide are studied. The relation between graft and reaction time, monomers and their con-centration , initiator concentration and leaving agent concentration are investigated. The structure and related performance of grafted nonwovens are analyzed. It is believed that wettability of nowovens is greatly improved by graft modification so as to meet the needs of medical filtering materials.
