| 摘 要： | 对胡芦巴（Trigonella foenum graecum L.)种子的物理组成及主要化学组成进行了研究。实验结果表明，胡芦巴种子物理组成中，种皮占15.52%，内胚乳占31.14%，胚芽、子叶占53.34%；种子千粒重为14.78%，容重为20.07%。测定了胡芦巴种子18种氨基酸和8种微量金属元素的含量。粗蛋白含量为54.06%，种子中聚糖含量为8.72%。

| Abstract: | The physical and chemical contents are determined in seeds of Trigonella foenum graecum L.Results show:the physical composition of the seeds of Trigonella foenum graecum L.is 15 12% capsule,31 14% endosperm and 53 34% cotyledon and embryo,weightiness of seed kilo grain is 14 78%,capacity is 20.07%; the contents are determined of the 18 amino acid and 8 minim tantalum; cruel protein 54 06%,polysaccharide 8 72%.It is useful to colligate exploit and utilize the resources of Trigonella foenum graecum L. |
