扭转振动超声变幅杆的负载特性研究

摘    要:文章在等效网络的基础上,首次对扭转振动变幅杆在负载为纯力抗和纯力阻时,分别推出了扭转负载变幅杆的频率方程及放大系数一般表达式,计算了圆锥类负载扭转变幅杆频率方程和放大系数,并绘制了共振频率和放大系数随抗性、阻性负载的曲线图,并对结果进行分析,为扭转变幅杆的设计提供理论基础。

Abstract:On equivalent network,the torsional vibration amplitude in a load of pure against and pure resistance respectively was introduced to launch the torsional load of frequency equation and amplification coefficient,the general expression calculates the cone class load torsion horn frequency equation and amplification coefficient,and a resonant frequency and amplification coefficient with the resistance was drawed,the results may be helpful to the research and design of torsinal vibration horn.
