日本东北大地震对我们的警示

2011年3月11日下午14∶46发生在日本本州东北宫城县以东太平洋海域的9.0级特大地震,地震特别是由此引起的海啸给日本人民带来了极其巨大的生命财产损失。其导致的核电站泄漏事故的威胁至今仍未消除。另一方面,日本先进的建筑防震技术,以及较为完善的防灾减灾体系在很大程度上减轻了灾害的影响。作为一衣带水,也是地震多发的我国,我们无法抗拒灾难的发生,但需要从灾难的悸痛之中寻找启示,学会思考,思考如何与灾难保持距离,思考如何有效应对灾难。

Warning and Inspiration of Japan's Tohoku Earthquake
