山区聚落宜居性评价研究——以7个山区聚落为例

在构建山区聚落宜居性评价指标体系的基础上,通过实地调查,以7个山区聚落为案例,从经济、环境、社会发展、基础设施4个方面对聚落宜居性进行分析与评价,探讨山区聚落宜居性建设主要方向和路径.结果表明,水口村、二道村、北极村宜居性处于一般水平,烧排瑶寨、高坪村、凹子村宜居性有待建设,招素沟村宜居性亟待建设;聚落经济过分依赖传统农业,基础设施差,远离集镇、县城等经济中心,非农产业发展落后,经济落后又造成社会发展滞后,综合因素使得这些聚落成为人居环境建设的难点区.

Study on Habitability Assessment of Mountainous Settlements Taking 7 Mountainous Settlements for Example
