| 摘 要： | 化感作用是入侵植物加拿大蓬(Erigeron canadensis L.)成功入侵和快速扩散的机制之一.为了深入探讨加拿大蓬的化感机制和入侵机制,以蚕豆为材料,采用悬空气法研究了加拿大蓬挥发油对根边缘细胞和果胶甲基酯酶的化感效应.结果表明在加拿大蓬挥发油作用下,蚕豆根的生长受到抑制,根缘细胞存活率下降,根果胶甲基酯酶活性升高,但随着挥发油剂量增大和作用时间延长,这种促进效应逐渐降低.这些结果说明加拿大蓬挥发油对根边缘细胞具有致死效应,从而抑制了周围植物的生长发育.
