| 摘 要： | 分别用质量浓度为0.4、0.8、1.5和3.0 mg/L的Cd2+,对鲫鱼进行24、48、72和96 h的急性染毒实验.取鲫鱼尾部血液制作血涂片,镜检并统计分析细胞凋亡率,研究Cd2+胁迫诱导红细胞的凋亡.结果显示,在Cd2+浓度为0.4～3.0 mg/L的环境下,鲫鱼红细胞的凋亡率与Cd2+浓度、染毒时间之间均存在明显的剂量效应和时间效应关系;鲫鱼红细胞对Cd2+的最大耐受浓度:染毒24 h时,为1.5 mg/L,48 h为0.4 mg/L.说明Cd2+对鲫鱼红细胞的凋亡有较强的诱导作用.

| Abstract: | Carassius auratus is subjected to acute exposure experiments for 24,48,72 and 96 h with cadmium(Cd2+) solutions of different concentrations of 0.4,0.8,1.5 and 3.0 mg/L.Blood smears were made by taking the blood from the tail of Carassius auratus and microscope was used to count and aralyze the apoptosis rate in order to find out the reason for the Cd2+ stress-induced apoptosis of red blood cells.The results show that there is a stronger induced effect on the Carassius auratus red blood cells apoptosis when ... |
