摘    要:综合考虑程序的数据块、全局变量、指令块,运用ECFG分析程序中对象间关系引发的容量和功耗影响,并考虑由于指令跳转带来的影响,最终结合ILP采用细化后的Knapsack算法,提出一种针对功耗优化的SoC片上存储器分配策略.仿真结果表明,采用该方法,存储子系统功耗可显著降低,一般达50%左右,最大可达95%以上.

Abstract:In this paper,an allocation strategy for on-chip memory is proposed to optimize energy of memory system.With data,global variable,instruction and branch instruction,the strategy uses ECFG to get the effect of energy and capacity caused by the object relationship.By using refined knapsack arithmetic with ILP,experiment results are obtained showing that,for most applications,general energy consumption of a memory system decreases by up to 50%.Especially,when an application's capacity approaches the content of SPM content,this figure is higher than 95%.
