| Abstract: | In order to calculate the effective permittivity, a new circuit model of two phase dielectric mixture is developed. Reasonable agreements of the results between those by new model and by some existing formula are found, but the new model can be extended to the case when the scatters are with size distribution. The condition that the effective permittivity bears no relation with size distribution is that in the mixture, the local filling factor of the scatters with different sizes is nearly the same. |
