杏仁对环磷酰胺和3-甲基胆蒽诱变性的抑制效应

摘    要:本文以小鼠细胞SCE和微核率为指标评价了杏仁对抗肿瘤药环磷酰胺和遗传毒物3-甲基胆蒽诱变性的抑制效应,发现中药杏仁无致突变性,而且,对上述两种强诱变剂均有抑制作用。实验结果说明杏仁对突变具有一定和防护作用,并提示杏仁有望成为肿瘤化疗药物毒副作用的拮抗剂。

Abstract:By using sister chromatid exchange (SCE) and micronucleus(MN)as a marker, therelationship between the cyclophosphomidurn,3-methylcholanthren inducing effect and Chinesemedicine-almond protecting effect was studied in the Kumming mice.The results showed that al-mond itself have not the effect of inducing damages but have restraining effect to SCE and MNT in-duced by cyclopbosphomidum and 3-methylcholanthren. SCE and MN decrease significantly (P<0.01). This resuIts showed that almond seems to be able to protect genetic damages.[
