摘    要:以粉煤灰为主要原料,辅以石膏、白色陶土,将三者混合压制成型,采用二次烧成法,得到具有高比表面积的粉煤灰多孔陶瓷,并试验了该产品对亚甲基蓝染料的吸附性能及其重复利用问题。结果表明:本次实验所用原料的最佳质量配比粉煤灰∶石膏∶白陶土为67∶15∶18,获得的多孔陶瓷的比表面积为30.48 m^2/g;吸附亚甲基蓝时,最终脱色率达97.74%,并且有较好的重复利用性。

Abstract:Porous ceramics with high specific surface area were prepared at a high temperature, in which fly ash as the main raw materials,and gypsum and white pottery clay as minor materials, The adsorptive property to adsorb the methylene blue was studied. The results showed that the optimal quality ratio was: 67% of white clay, 15% of gypsum,and 18% of pottery clay. Under this condition the specific surface area of fly-ash porous ceramics is 30.48 m^2/g,the final decoloration rate of methylene blue solution was 97.74% ,and fly-ash porous ceramics could be reused for five times with a relatively high decoloration rate.
