美国高校学科馆员资格认证和考核评价的研究与借鉴

学科馆员是高校图书馆学科服务的主体,其素质和能力决定着图书馆学科服务的水平和工作质量。美国高校图书馆通过图书馆员职业资格认证和考核评价,选拔图书馆人才,开展学科馆员的信息服务,取得成效。借鉴美国高校经验,结合我国高校图书馆学科馆员的实际,提出了实行我国高校图书馆学科馆员制度的举措。

Study and Reference of the Qualification and Evaluation of the American University's Subject Librarian

Subject？librarian is the main body in university library＇s subject service.Their quality and ability determine the quality and level of library＇s subject service.Through the qualification and evaluation of the subject librarian,American university libraries select library talents,carry out subject librarian＇s information service,and get results.Borrowing ideas from the experiences of American universities,and connecting with the reality of the subject librarian in China＇s universities,this paper puts forward some measures for implementing the subject librarian system in China＇s university libraries.
