| 摘 要： | 从馆员职业生涯定义入手,分析了影响馆员职业生涯发展的职业观念、岗位聘任、发展动力等问题,着重论述了馆员职业生涯规划的设计和对馆员职业生涯规划的管理过程,提出了建立行之有效的绩效考核体制的设想。

| Abstract: | Starting from the definition of librarians' career,this paper analyzes some problems influencing the development of librarians' career such as the professional concept,post appointment,and development momentum,etc.,discusses the design of librarians' career plan and the management process of librarians' career planning,and puts forward some assumptions on establishing a practicable and effective performance evaluation system. |
