| 摘 要： | 网络和通信技术的发展,使得图书馆的服务从以前比较单一的形式向多样化转变,泛在图书馆正是基于这种技术条件下产生的。论述了泛在图书馆的主要特征以及图书馆可以利用技术优势,为读者提供一些更为方便的服务,使资源能够随时随地无障碍地被读者自由利用。
