| 摘 要： | 阐述了节约型图书馆的概念,介绍了目前高校图书馆普遍存在的文献资源利用率不高的现象,提出通过充分利用现有纸质文献资源、充分使用现有电子文献资源和广泛实现文献资源的共建共享3项措施来建设节约型图书馆。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the concept of saving-type library,introduces the common phenomenon that the utilization ratio of literature resources is not high in university library currently,and puts forward the measures for constructing the saving-type library through making full use of existing paper literature resources and electronic literature resources and realizing widely the co-constructing & sharing of literature resources. |
