Considerations about the Organization of Library's Readers Activities with the Project Management Mode

This paper describes the basic concepts of project management,and through introducing the organization and management of the activity of Urumqi Cultural Forum held by Urumqi Library,points out that only fusing the project management,a scientific management method and means,into the course of readers activities can inject new content and vigor into library's development and promote library to get faster and better development.
