| 摘 要： | 通过对美国图书馆界电子资源许可协议的剖析,结合国内在电子资源许可协议方面存在的重要热点问题,分析了我国在电子资源许可协议的研究与实践中存在的不足,提出了国内同行争取主动权的许可协议谈判策略制定的建议,旨在为我国图书馆开展更为高效的电子资源采购提供探索思路。
