高校图书馆流通部工作探讨

在扩招和服务理念升级背景下,为应对图书馆流通部工作量上升和工作难度加大这一现实情况,重构图书馆的馆员制度体系是非常及时和必要的。根据国内外高校的实践和探索,结合陕西科技大学图书馆流通部现状,提出了引入弹性工作制和学生馆员制度的建议,并对引入学生馆员后出现的问题进行了理论探讨。
