摘    要:本文研究了簿层软化工艺参数与组织之间的关系,测定了该工艺各阶段的C势和N势。试验结果表明:其它条件相近情况下,增加渗C阶段强渗期煤油滴量,炉内C势增高,工件表层Ar和K量均增多,渗速加快,总渗层增厚;共渗介质供应量增大,表层Ar和K量稍增多;降温阶段时间延长,Ar减少而K量增多;相同工艺条件下,钢的化学成分不同,最终得到的Ar量也不同。

Abstract:This paper deals with the relationship between the thin layer softening processing parameters and the sturcture, the carbon potential and nitrogen potential of the processing were determined. The experimental rusults show that with increasing of the kerosene droplets of carburizing heavy-penetrating under identical condition, the carbon potential in the furnace and the Ar and K of the surface lager all will be increased, the carburizing rate will be quickaned, the carburizing layer will be incrassate. If the quan- tity of nitrocarburzing agent is increased, the Ar and K of the surface layer may be increased. If the time is increased during a decresing in temperature, the Ar is decreased but the K may be increased. If the chemical composition of steel is not idendified, the last quantity of Ar may be not idendified under the idendical precessing condition.
