摘    要:利用有限差分原理对修正后的气体雷诺方程进行离散,并以剪切流为迭代主项求解获得了超薄气膜润滑轴承的压力分布.在此基础上,通过改变磁头初始工作条件,如气膜特征高度、初始俯仰角、磁盘旋转速度,分别计算得到了气膜轴承在稳态下的飞行特性参数,包括气浮力、气浮力转矩、最大气浮力、最小气浮力等.文中还详细分析了这些初始工作条件对稳态下磁头飞行特性参数的影响.计算结果表明:随着气膜特征高度的降低和初始俯仰角的减小,气体轴承刚度增大;气膜特征高度不变时转速变化对特性参数的影响与俯仰角不变时转速对特性参数的影响具有相同的变化趋势.

Abstract:In this paper,the finite difference theory is adopted to obtain a discrete modified Reynolds equation of the gas,and the shear flow is used as the iterative leading term to obtain the pressure distribution of an ultra-thin gas-film lubrication bearing.Then,by varying the initial working parameters of the magnetic head,such as the flying height of the gas film,the initial pitch angle and the rotational speed of the disk,the parameters describing the static flying characteristics of the bearing are calculated,including the gas-floating force,the pitch moment,as well as the maximum and minimum gas-floating forces.Moreover,the influences of the initial working parameters on the static flying characteristics are analyzed in detail.Calculated results indicate that,with the decrease in the flying height and the initial pitch angle,the stiffness of the gas-film lubrication bearing improves,and that the effect of rotational speed on performance parameters in constant flying height is similar to that in constant pitch angle.
