A Status analysis and countermeasure study on the Internet copyright-protection of China

With lots of network works having been produced in the Internet age,there emerged various problems about the protection of internet copyright,which need to be taken seriously and deeply studied.At first,it briefly analyzed the status of legislative protection,judicial protection,collective protection and technical protection to the internet copyright.After that,it deeply analyzed the problems that existed in the process of the internet copyright-protection.Finally,it intensively suggested that we should further improve and strengthen the legal measures to protect the internet copyright.
