| Abstract: | In order to correctly understand the dynamic equilibrium relation between the R&D input and economic growth,this article,utilizing the gray relative analysis method,gives an intensive study about the R&D input's function of promoting the regional economic growth of Liaoning province.Its purpose is to give scientific decision-making references to drafting relevant policies of the R&D activities,and enhancing its contribution degree about the economic growth. |
