中国科学院科技副职管理研究

中科院的科技副职工作已经有近30年的发展历史,科技副职在推动中科院科技成果转移转化、培养锻炼干部方面发挥了重要的作用,实践表明,科技副职已经成为了中科院院地合作工作的重要组成部分。随着中科院院地合作工作的深入开展,科技副职的管理也面临着新的要求和挑战,为此,中科院必须要进一步完善科技副职管理体制,使科技副职派遣与院地合作工作结合得更加紧密,从而科学的、可持续的推动科技副职工作的不断发展。
