文化素质教育公选课《果蔬、花卉贮藏加工技艺》的教学改革与实践

摘    要:以文化素质教育选修课管理办法为指导,以现代教育理论为基础,以提高教育教学质量为目的,对《果蔬、花卉贮藏加工技艺》课程进行了深入研究,找出了不足,提出应对教学内容、教学方法和教学手段进行改革,以便更好地达到文化素质教育选修课的开课要求.

Abstract:Under the guidance of culture quality education administrative measures, with the modern education theory as the foundation, and improving the quality of teaching as the purpose, Storage and Processing Methods to the Fruit, Vegetable and Flowers were discussed, the shortages were found, the reformation on the teaching content, teaching methods and teaching means were put forward.
