| 摘 要： | 以文化素质教育选修课管理办法为指导，以现代教育理论为基础，以提高教育教学质量为目的，对《果蔬、花卉贮藏加工技艺》课程进行了深入研究，找出了不足，提出应对教学内容、教学方法和教学手段进行改革，以便更好地达到文化素质教育选修课的开课要求．
