摘    要:为了改善柴油机活塞环-缸套摩擦副的磨合过程,缩短磨合时间,利用油液检测光谱分析技术,对活塞环-缸套摩擦副间的摩擦磨损过程进行研究,分析活塞环-缸套间的润滑与摩擦磨损规律,寻找改善活塞环-缸套润滑状态的途径.实验证明活塞环摩擦副的加工精度对油膜的形成有着重要影响,建立油膜的临界负荷与表面粗糙度等级成正比,并证明利用油液检测技术是进行摩擦副的摩擦磨损研究的有效途径.

Abstract:The friction and wear of the diesel piston ring is studied based on spectrometric technology in order to improve diesel running-in and shorten the diesel running-in time.The law of lubrication and wearing of marine diesel piston ring in order to find the way to reduce friction of them.The experiment proves that the machining precision of piston ring will affect evidently the oil film formed between the piston ring and cylinder.The critical load forming oil film is in direct ratio Ra to piston ring.This technology has been proved an effective method used in friction and wearing in marine diesel piston ring.
